How can I redeem my e-GCs?

We keep a record of your balance in our clinics. SImply present your name and a valid ID at the front desk to redeem your e-GCs.



Do my eGCs expire?

Nope! You may use your e-GCs anytime after receiving a confirmation email and when clinics are open.



How do I know the balance of my e-GCs.

Simple message us to find out your balance!



Can I refund or exchange my order?

We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for our e-GCs.



I have issues with my order. What do I do?

Email us at shop@skin101.ph and we will help you out with your order.

When will my products arrive?

Expect your orders to arrive within 3-5 days after you receive the payment confirmation email.



Can I change my shipping address?

How much is Shipping Free?

Shipping fee varies depending on shipping adddress: PHP 150 delivery fee: Quezon City, Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig, San Juan, Taguig, and Sta. Rosa (Laguna) and Biñan (Laguna) PHP 200 delivery fee: Cabuyao (Laguna) PHP 250 delivery fee: Manila, Caloocan, Las Piñas City, Malabon, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Novaliches, Pasay, Valenzuela, and San Pedro (Laguna) PHP 300 delivery fee: Rizal, Canlubang (Laguna), Calamba (Laguna) PHP 350 delivery fee: Carmona (Cavite) PHP 500 delivery fee: Dasmariñas (Cavite), Tanza (Cavite) and Imus (Cavite)



What are your payment methods?

You may pay via Credit or Debit Card via PayPal, GCash, and Online Transfer or Bank Deposit via BDO or BPI.
